FYI...If you go to your Sprint store and tell them where you work, you'll get an 18% discount on your monthly bill. When comparing Sprint with Verizon, this was one of the reasons why I chose Sprint. Verizon only allowed the discount on a scant few occupations. With Sprint, if you're a professional (you name it) you get the discount.
Disclaimer: This was MY experience. Not sure if Sprint will grant the discount to you if you're already a customer. BUT.. it can't hurt by calling up and asking them, or visiting your local Sprint store. Sprint is really trying hard right now to make customers happy. Use that to your advantage. Good luck!
