Just recently received a replacement epic 4g, it come with old 2.1 software. Went to the market and then got prompt for OTA update to EC05. I apply the update and now my 4G won't stay on. Everytime I try to enable 4g it would scan.. initialize and then eventually disconnect. Anyone else have similar issue?

Yes, I have been attempting to tether with the 4g signal, and though it is super fast on my macbook, it disconnects very frequently. Have tried keeping the screen on, but still while in use,  the 4g icon at the top just goes to sleep -  showing little zzz . This also happens when I am browsing with the phone. I do not use it this way a lot, so i have not been able to justify wasting the time it would take to contact sprint for a fix.

The chances of finding out what really is going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say hang the sense of it and just keep yourself occupied. DA HHGG
