The update.zip file I have is 95MB. almost 4 times what my email client will allow as an email attachment.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=963652  this were I got the files I needed, I used the last resort easiest method and it worked just fine, I did a hard reset before I updated it too. And I did it in Windows7 64bit. hope this helps someone......  Happy

How did you change the 4 android icons at the bottom?
open app drawer, hit menu, edit, move the apps you want to the tray

I was thinking I'd gotten a defective update file, as my Contacts Android button was not showing up in the quicklaunch tray. (only Phone, Messages, and Applications were showing up)  Now it looks like it should look...gracias, amigo. ;]

This is my first post here don't know if this is where I should post here lr not but heres my issuses... I have ths Epic 4G. I did a factory reset a few days ago. Now if I turn my phone off for any reason. I have to take the battery out to turn it back on. When I try to take a picture or downlaod music it says insert SD card. My carrs in the phone I never have removed it. Can anyone help? Im really new to all this.
