You sure your not thinking of the 16gb external sd card that's included with it? Which would be for your external storage of course. The specs I stated are correct for the device this forum is based for. As far as why they advertise the ROM capacity for the Epic Touch? That's because it's 16gb of internal storage for apps and data PLUS external sd card compatibility up to a 32gb card. I'd say that's worth mentioning. Your system partition is but your data partition should be r/w.
