Is there an easy way to correct this?  I was hosting a Conference call yesterday and the service wouldn't recognize the numbers I was putting in for my access.  When I wrote them to find out what was going on - they told me I had to change my settings.
Any help would be appreciated.   Eyes Rolling

What were you trying to do?  I've always been able to use the number pad when I am on a call, especially to enter in conference call access numbers.  When you are on the call, did you hit the number pad on your screen?

Yes.  I used the keypad on the screen and then the keyboard.  Nothing worked.  I emailed the conference people and they said the dtmf had to be reset.  [I couldn't call them because I needed to use an extension code and it wasn't working for that either].  Odd - huh?   Shocked
