I have just decide to post about this but it has been a long going problem.For some reason sometimes when you turn on the bluetooth and turn it off it will lock the phone in the horizontal view and won't flip when you rotate the phone in all different angles. The only way to fix it is to power off the phone. I went to best buy and showed them what was going on with my phone and they just gave me a new one. It took me a while to figure out the problem was the bluetooth because I went back a couple of more times with in my first 30 days from when I brought the phone showing them the issue and everytime they gave me a new phone. I'm on my 4th epic 4 and it still locks up now and then. My advise would be do not buy a jabra bluetooth for your epic 4. Maybe someone can post up about a bluetooth that works well with the epic 4.
