It simply has something that the Epic 4G does not have: 4g. If I were with Sprint and in an area getting WiMax, I wouldn't look twice at the Epic 4G, but go straight for some 4g action. That is all. All the tests I've seen have it running about as fast as AT&T or Verizon's 3G. In fact, Verizon beats it most of the time. Add to that the fact that it drains the battery in an hour and costs more money, and I'll take the Epic 4G or the iPhone 4. The EVO isn't even on my list, and I'm in a 4G coverage area.
