I am new user to Samsung Epic (from Blackberry).  When a call comes in and I swipe to answer it I am forced to pull up the number keypad and select 1 to answer the call or it will go straight to voice mail.  Has anyone else encountered this situation?  Is there a way to turn it off?  The Sprint tech's weren't able to help me.  I can't answer the call without this 'extra' step whether using my Jawbone or answering directly.

Thx in advance for any help.
