It took me 4 phones to figure out my bluetooth was locking up my phone. Every now and then my screen would lock in horizontal and not flip back when you moved the phone. If I powered the phone off and turned it back on it would fix the problem .It was doing this as I would turn the bluetooth on and off but it took me a little while to figure that out. I went back to best buy 3 times in the first 30 days that I had the phone and told them what was going on and they just gave me a new phone and sent me on my way. But after the 3rd time I knew it couldn't be the phone, it had to be the bluetooth. Maybe someone can post up about a good noise reducing bluetooth that works well with the epic 4
